The El Toro Library's outdated, pre-Windows computers have been replaced by 16 new terminals. Seven of the library's new computers are able to access the Internet. The remaining nine will be used for library catalog searches. New terminals in the children's section have software that blocks access to adult-oriented Web sites, said library spokeswoman Dani Porter. Minors can only use workstations in the library's adult section with a parent permission slip, she said.
