CriticalPath Technologies, Chatsworth, said it has acquired Axiom Electronics Inc., a privately owned technology contract manufacturer in Beaverton, Ore., for an undisclosed sum.
CriticalPath develops and produces high-tech electronic assemblies and systems for computer, telecommunications and industrial automation industries.
