Pink Dot Inc. in Camarillo, a grocery, household staples and prepared food delivery service, has named Allan S. Huston, retired chief executive of Pizza Hut Inc., and Mitch Telson, former chief operating officer of Circle K Corp., to its board of directors.
"Allan brings us a background in delivery operations, market development and multiunit operations, as well as his familiarity with e-business," said Dan Frederickson, Pink Dot CEO. "Mitch's strategic planning, marketing and sales, distribution and operations management experience in the convenience store industry will be invaluable as Pink Dot expands nationally."
Huston is a 25-year veteran of PepsiCo Inc. He retired as president and CEO of Pizza Hut, where he spearheaded the start-up and development of its delivery business, which grew to $2.5 billion in five years.
