Fans of Groove Radio KACD/KBCD-FM (103.1) have been without the electronic dance music station since it went off the air in October 1998. But Groove Radio is returning Tuesday--on the Internet. Station founder Egil Aalvik, known to radio listeners as Swedish Egil, will relaunch Groove Radio at http://www.grooveradio.com. "There is an influential audience that has been underserved and is hungry for electronic dance music," he said. In addition to streaming music 24 hours a day, the site will include video broadcasting, music distribution and e-commerce.
