Residents are invited to register to vote at Rubio's Baja Grill from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 2318 N. Tustin St. Residents should register to vote if they have never registered, moved since the last election or want to change party affiliation. The registration forms must be mailed by Feb. 7.
