A portion of the Dana Point Harbor has been closed to swimmers and divers after a sewage spill from a Harbor Patrol building bathroom, the Orange County Health Care Agency announced late Wednesday.
A blocked sewer line from the bathroom, which is used by the Orange County Sheriff's Department, led to a toilet overflow, spilling sewage into nearby docks in the East Basin of the harbor.
