SBI Communications of Glendale said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Valencia Entertainment International, an entertainment conglomerate with holdings in television production, motion pictures, sports, the Internet and real estate.
SBI Communications is a marketing, Internet media, and entertainment company focused on building, operating and managing business-to-business companies.
