The Washington Square neighborhood's Independence Day celebration will begin at noon Saturday with a bike parade at the corner of Louise Street and Washington Avenue.
A few blocks of Louise Street will be closed for the celebration, which will include a chili cook-off, dunk tank, barbershop quartet and children's activities.
