SAN DIEGO--Get ready to rock with Irish revelers March 17 at Sham Rock 2000. The St. Patrick's Day block party will fill the historic Gaslamp Quarter with dancing and entertainment, including the Young Dubliners. SOLVANG--This Danish village dishes up some of its specialties for a Taste of Solvang, March 17-19. On March 17 in Veterans Hall, join a dessert reception and wine tasting. Stroll through the village March 18 for tastes at 40 stops. On March 19, check out the wine-and-cheese tasting and a beer garden.
