The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Board of Education tonight will consider raising the school fees that developers pay on new residential and commercial projects.
Trustees will also meet in closed session to discuss labor negotiations with the California School Employees Assn., which comprises all nonteaching staff members.
