SM&A Corp., a Newport Beach provider of management proposal services, reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $1.3 million, or 8 cents a share, which included $764,000 in reorganization expenses, severance, legal fees and costs to construct a customer care center. A year ago, the company earned $2.1 million, or 13 cents a share. Revenue was up 14% to $28.1 million.
