* Kevin Tsujihara has been promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president of new media at Warner Bros. He will oversee all of the Burbank company's new media, including Warner Bros. Online and Entertaindom, as well as development of original content for the Internet.

* Maurice Doucet has been named vice president of engineering with in Glendale. He will direct all of the company's software engineering, design and quality control. is an online health-care consumer advocacy and research company.

* Martin Good has been appointed general manager of THQ Inc.'s new office in Melbourne, Australia, the Calabasas-based company said.

THQ Inc. develops and distributes interactive entertainment.

* Paul Forbat has been appointed sales associate of the investment division of the Charles Dunn Co.'s San Fernando Valley office. He will concentrate on investment sales in eastern Ventura County.

Charles Dunn Co. is a full-service brokerage and management firm serving Southern California and Arizona.

* Larry N. Colson has been elected corporate vice president of human resources with UNOVA in Woodland Hills, the company said. UNOVA supplies wireless networking technologies and mobile information systems for e-commerce and automated manufacturing systems.

* Christopher Chan has been appointed account executive with Coffin Communications Group in Sherman Oaks, the company said. Chan had been a research analyst with Wasserstein Perella Securities.

* Robin Elledge has been promoted to vice president of human resources for IHOP Corp. She had been director of training since 1995.

Glendale-based IHOP owns and operates the International House of Pancakes restaurant chain.

* Ronald W. Rudolph, senior vice president and finance and chief financial officer for On Assignment Inc. has been appointed to the newly created position of executive vice president of finance. On Assignment Inc. of Calabasas provides temporary staffing services to the scientific, health-care and environmental industries.
