Seal Beach

A decision on whether a contractor can proceed with an Old Town-area bed-and-breakfast project was put on hold when the City Council's Monday meeting ended at midnight. After nearly three hours of public comment and a hour of council debate, the meeting was adjourned as required by city bylaws.
