Hockey great Wayne Gretzky will be among the sports and entertainment celebrities participating in the Los Angeles Police-Celebrity Golf Tournament on Saturday at Woodley Lakes Golf Course.

As host of this year's tournament, Gretzky will be paired with Police Chief Bernard Parks. Other celebrities scheduled to play include Jack Nicholson, Richard Dreyfuss, Dennis Quaid, Joe Mantegna and Cheech Marin.

Spectator tickets are $4 for those 13 and older and are available at any police station or at the gate on the day of the tournament. Children 12 and younger are admitted free to the event, which also features food booths, carnival rides, a petting zoo and displays by specialized police units.

The tournament, which begins at 10 a.m., benefits the Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation, which provides emergency financial assistance to officers and civilians of the Police Department in the event of death, serious injury, illness or other catastrophic circumstances.
