In other Division II second-round games:

Crescenta Valley 2, California 0--Meredith Cervenka pitched a no-hitter, striking out 17 and walking three, and Jessica Crownovern hit a two-run single in the third inning at California.


The Falcons are 28-1. California finished 16-7.

La Palma Kennedy 2, Valencia 1--Michelle Turner pitched a six-hitter with no walks and Kennedy (22-5) rallied at Valencia.

The Vikings (19-10) scored in the third inning after Ashley Herrera tripled with two out and Carrie Mitchell reached on an infield single.

The Fighting Irish scored in the fourth and fifth innings on singles by Brooke Porter and Breanne Sabol.


Chaminade 2, San Dimas 0--Christina Lupacchini pitched her second consecutive shutout and Courtney Whale drove in both runs for the defending champion Eagles (16-8) at Chaminade.

Lupacchini (15-8), who has 10 shutouts, allowed two hits and struck out seven.

Whale, who knocked in both runs in Chaminade's 2-0 first-round victory over Notre Dame Academy, knocked in Lindsey Weinstein and Shannon Barceloux in the sixth inning.

Calabasas 4, Ridgecrest Burroughs 2--The Coyotes broke a 2-2 tie with two unearned runs in the fifth inning at Calabasas.

Carly Weinstein reached on a bunt single. She and Lindsey Golde scored on an error.

Amy Rosson (18-5) struck out six and walked one for Calabasas (19-7).

Harvard-Westlake 6, Azusa 0--Anna Russell pitched a one-hitter and collected four hits for the Wolverines (24-4) at Azusa.

Kim Koral had three hits and scored twice, and Abby Krall had two hits and two RBIs.


La Reina 3, Pasadena Westridge 0--Kristen Ward (13-4) threw a three-hitter and struck out 11 for La Reina at Westridge (13-8).

Mackenzie Vandergeest had two hits, one RBI and scored twice for La Reina (21-4).

Tracey Clark had two hits and an RBI, and teammate Kim McAfee had a hit and three stolen bases for the Regents.

Santa Ana Calvary Chapel 1, Paraclete 0--Erica Greenberg drove in Amerra Kesterson in the third inning at Jane Reynolds Park in Lancaster.

Pasadena Poly 2, Village Christian 1--Meg Tirrell's single scored Ashley Wellinger in the bottom of the fifth inning at Pasadena Poly.

Jessica McIntosh pitched a three-hitter with six strikeouts and Sarah Wheeler drove in the Village Christian (17-7) run.

St. Bonaventure 4, Santa Maria St. Joseph 3--Danielle Morales' bases-loaded triple with two out capped a four-run rally in the seventh for the Seraphs in an upset of the No. 2-seeded Knights at St. Bonaventure (17-10).

Annie Marostica (15-7) struck out eight for the Seraphs.


Cornerstone Christian 6, Santa Maria Valley Christian 1--Julia Hartnell (17-2) pitched a two-hitter with 14 strikeouts for Cornerstone Christian at Valley Christian.

Tiffany Monzo had a double and an RBI for the Eagles (19-4).

Montclair Prep 11, Santa Clarita Christian 1--Monique Lovell and Marissa Brassfield combined on a one-hitter with 10 strikeouts for host Montclair Prep (19-6).

Lovell had a double and two RBIs, and Nicky Schrader had two hits and two RBIs.
