Peter Falk and Jason Alexander headline in the world premiere of "Defiled," Lee Kalcheim's drama about a police negotiator and an over-the-edge city librarian, opening Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Geffen Playhouse, 10886 Le Conte Ave., Westwood. * Film. The annual Last Remaining Seats series of vintage movies at South Broadway movie palaces commences Wednesday with "My Little Chickadee," screening at the Palace Theatre, 630 S.
