For the next two weeks, city officials are encouraging evening commuters to avoid the intersection of Warner Avenue and Goldenwest Street, where the Orange County Sanitation District is placing a 36-inch-diameter sewer line about 20 feet below ground.

Warner at Goldenwest will be closed to through traffic and to left turns from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night through June 9.
