* Paul Hausback has been promoted to vice president in charge of operations at Disney Interactive in Burbank. He will be responsible for all operations functions, including business controls, manufacturing, information technology, quality assurance, and testing and administration.

Disney Interactive markets and distributes interactive entertainment and educational products for CD-ROM and video.

* Bob Boden has been named senior vice president of production and development at Dick Clark Productions Inc. of Burbank. He will help create, develop and produce television programming.

Dick Clark Productions produces television programming for networks, cable and advertisers.

* Teresa M. Day has been promoted to senior vice president of finance with Adventist Health in Roseville and president of Adventist Health/Southern California in Glendale.

Adventist Health manages regional health-care networks including acute-care facilities, medical foundations and clinics throughout the Pacific region and Hawaii.

* Achille M. Bigliadi has been promoted to president of Chatsworth operations for International Remote Imaging Systems Inc. He will be responsible for IRIS' urinalysis systems.

IRIS manufactures and markets automated imaging systems used in hospitals and clinical laboratories.

* Christopher Rosenburg has been hired by PCS Development as acquisitions manager. He will serve as a liaison for the company with property owners, brokers and lenders, to develop investment opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles area and Ventura, Orange and San Diego counties.

PCS Development Inc., headquartered in Los Angeles, develops luxury resort style apartments in the San Fernando Valley.

* Marrsha Sill has been named vice president of musical publishing for Megatrax Production Music in North Hollywood. She will oversee all music licensing and contracts.

Megatrax supplies production music for film, television, advertising and multimedia.

* Steven Huenemeier has been appointed general manager of sensor operations for DCH Technology of Valencia. He will direct the engineering, production and quality assurance of the company's sensor-based products.

DCHT manufactures hydrogen sensors, safety equipment and process monitors for use with hydrogen.

* Marie Pollara Levesque has joined Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. of Irvine. She will be a project coordinator in the company's Valencia office.

The company manages residential and commercial properties.
