The city will host an adult cooking class called "An Array of Hors d'oeuvres" Nov. 8.
Participants will learn how to make fun hors d'oeuvres for the holidays, including sun-dried tomato and roasted garlic salsa, smoked salmon mousse with lemon and dill, green chilies and cheese in wonton cups, and wrapped chicken with sesame dip.
Cost is $15 a person, plus an $8 material fee due at class time. The class will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at A Store For Cooks, 30100 Town Center Drive, Laguna Niguel. Information: (949) 707-2600.
