* James Bradley has joined Altamira in Burbank as vice president of technology. Bradley will lead the development of new licensed and proprietary digital imaging processes and products.

Altamira develops and markets image scaling and high-resolution image technology.

* Richard H. Klein has joined Environmental Industries Inc. of Calabasas as senior vice president of corporate development. Klein will be responsible for expanding strategic business alliances and managing merger and acquisition activities.

Environmental Industries is a full-service landscape site development company.

* Don Goodman has been promoted from executive vice president to president of Walt Disney Imagineering in Burbank. He will lead the division responsible for designing and developing Disney's theme parks, hotels, cruise ships and commercial architecture.

* Cogent Light Technologies in Santa Clarita announced two promotions, Dennis Davis to president and chief executive, and Kenneth Li to vice president and chief technology officer.

Cogent Light Technologies develops and patents platforms and methods to focus visible light into a small point, particularly useful in entertainment lighting, architectural lighting and fiber-optic applications.

* Jeff Robinov has been promoted to executive vice president of production for Warner Bros. Pictures in Burbank.
