Moorpark 49, Simi Valley 7--Aaron Garcia led the Musketeers on three consecutive scoring drives in the second quarter at Simi Valley.
Garcia, who separated a shoulder in the opener, entered the game in the second quarter.
His first two passes were a 47-yard touchdown to Scott Rollins and a 24-yard touchdown to Greg Estandia.
Garcia completed four of six passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns.
The Musketeers (3-4, 2-2) capped a 58-yard scoring drive with a one-yard plunge by Ray Corpuv for a 28-0 lead at halftime.
Brandon Williams rushed eight times for 121 yards and two touchdowns, including a third-quarter, 77-yard touchdown run. He opened the scoring with a 17-yard touchdown run.
Victor Morales scored on runs of two and 16 yards in the second half.
Tom Minter of Simi Valley (0-7, 0-2) rushed 28 times for 123 yards and one touchdown, a 65-yard run in the third quarter.
