Controversial song-swap company Napster Inc. said it designed a special program for Macintosh computer users who want to connect to Napster's popular file-sharing service. The company said the first "official" Mac version of the software includes a few new features to the program not yet available for other PC users. . . . Priceline.com Inc., the Internet seller of discount travel and other services, said it named Executive Vice President and General Counsel Jeffrey Boyd as chief operating officer, filling a position vacant since May.
