Oak Park 30, Calabasas 17--Monte McNair caught touchdown passes of 60 and 19 yards, and kicked a 53-yard field goal for the Eagles (2-0) at Oak Park.

McNair, a junior, caught seven passes for 145 yards. He caught a 60-yard pass from Josh Walker in the first quarter and had a 19-yard scoring reception in the second quarter.

McNair's field goal came as time expired in the half, giving Oak Park a 30-3 lead.

Walker completed nine of 13 passes for 199 yards, including a 44-yard scoring pass to Matt Koller in Oak Park's 17-point second quarter.

Justin Fenchel completed eight of 20 passes for 146 yards for Calabasas (0-2).

Montclair Prep 55, Santa Clara 0--Senior running back Gary Sonkur scored touchdowns the first two times he touched the ball on his way to a career night for the visiting Mounties (2-0) at Channel Islands.

Sonkur rushed for 270 yards and five touchdowns in eight carries, and intercepted two passes.

Quarterback Jason Goss kept Santa Clara's defense off-balance with two touchdown plays, completing four of eight passes for 102 yards.

Quarterback Jimmie Griffin and tight end David Ramirez connected for six completions for 70 yards for Santa Clara (0-2).

Paso Robles 20, Newbury Park 13--Josh Rovenstine caught a 26-yard touchdown pass from Jason Holmes with three minutes left to lift the host Bearcats.

Newbury Park drove to the Paso Robles 46-yard line on its last possession, but a pass by Ryan Lombardo was intercepted by Adam Goodwin to end the threat.
