* Litton Industries in Woodland Hills announced several changes in senior management in connection with the consolidation within its Advanced Electronics Systems Group. Timothy O. Westover, president of Litton Systems Canada Division, has been appointed president of Guidance & Control Systems Division in Woodland Hills, replacing Darwin D. Beckel.

William J. Allison, president of Data Systems Division, has been appointed president of newly formed Litton Integrated Systems with headquarters in Northridge.

James Winchester, president of Aero Products Division in Woodland Hills, and Clark "Corky" Graham, president of Litton Marine Systems Inc. in Charlottesville, Va., will continue in their current positions with additional responsibilities. All will report to Harry Halamandaris, Litton senior vice president and group executive of Litton Advanced Electronics Group.

Litton builds nonnuclear ships for the Navy and designs and builds ships for customers worldwide. Litton also provides information technology systems, electronics components and materials to the government and clients worldwide.

* Dr. Jose M. Saavedra has been appointed medical and scientific director of the nutrition division of Nestle USA in Glendale. Saavedra will oversee clinical research, regulatory affairs and related activities for the division.

Nestle USA is part of global food company Nestle, based in Switzerland.

* L. Robert Mogue has resigned as director of marketing and sales at Chad Therapeutics Inc. in Chatsworth.

He has accepted a position with CareFore Medical Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of respiratory accessories. Mogue will remain a consultant with Chad Therapeutics.

Chad Therapeutics develops, manufactures and distributes oxygen delivery systems for home health care.
