Crescenta Valley 2, Glendale 0--Meredith Cervenka pitched the sixth perfect game of her career, striking out nine, in a Pacific League game at Glendale (4-9, 0-2).

Valencia 6, Saugus 1--Ashley Herrera, Lisa Bono and Jaisa Creps had two hits for the Vikings, who scored five runs in the fifth of a Foothill League game at Valencia.

Torri Rocco allowed seven hits in her 11th complete game in 12 starts for Valencia (14-2, 3-0).

Hart 3, Burroughs 2--Casey Pickard scored with two out in the 10th on a wild pitch by Dani Regan in a Foothill League game at Hart (12-1, 3-0).

Newbury Park 3, Agoura 0--Katie Stokx (6-4) pitched a five-hitter with five strikeouts as the Panthers (12-4, 3-3) won a Marmonte League game at Agoura.

Westlake 1, Royal 0--Katie Reifman doubled home a run in a Marmonte League game at Westlake (8-4-2, 2-3-1).

Taft 1, Cleveland 0--Freshman Brittany Uno hit a home run in a West Valley League game at Woodland Hills Recreation Park.


Poly 2, Grant 1--The winning run scored when Miguel Gomez was hit by a pitch with two out and the bases loaded in the seventh inning of a Sunset Six League game at Grant. Poly (7-5-1, 3-1) and Grant (9-4, 3-1) are tied for first.

Granada Hills 10, El Camino Real 4--Brendon Bartholomew hit a two-run homer for the Highlanders (9-6, 3-3) in a West Valley League victory at Granada Hills.

Chatsworth 17, Taft 2--Joe Guntz hit a three-run homer for the Chancellors (15-0, 6-0) in a West Valley League game that was stopped in the fifth because of the 10-run rule at Chatsworth.
