April 10, 2001|BOB HOWARD

A team of five real estate graduate students affiliated with the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate evened the score with cross-town rival UCLA last week by winning the fourth annual SoCal Real Estate Challenge presented by the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Properties in Long Beach.

The winning students, from the Marshall School of Business, defeated a team from UCLA's Anderson School of Business. Each school now has two wins in the 4-year-old urban planning competition.
