Laundry Magic

I had the pleasure of dining at the French Laundry last year and was blown away by the flavors and incredible presentations of the food. I'm even more impressed now that I read about what goes on behind the scenes in Thomas Keller's column on cooking ('Professional Help," which runs the first week of every month). It's clear that the man is very passionate about his craft. Thanks for running the column-I find it fascinating and most educational.
