Marcus Brady, Cal State Northridge's senior quarterback, is among 16 candidates for the Walter Payton Award, given to the top player in Division I-AA.
Brady passed for 3,355 yards and 34 touchdowns, and led the nation in five categories. The award will be presented Dec. 20 in New York.
