Ray L. Benedicktus was elected president of the board of directors of South Coast Water District, and Joel R. Bishop was elected vice president.
Benedicktus, of San Clemente, and Bishop, of Dana Point, will take their positions in 2002.
The district provides water and waste-water services to 40,000 customers in Dana Point, Capistrano Beach and parts of Laguna Beach and San Clemente.
