Other California company earnings, excluding one-time gains and charges unless noted:

* Arden Realty Inc., a Los Angeles-based office real estate investment trust, reported fourth-quarter net income of $26.6 million, or 42 cents a share, compared with $23.7 million, or 37 cents, a year ago. Revenue rose 16% to $104 million.

* Pasadena-based Ticketmaster Corp. posted a much smaller-than-expected fourth-quarter loss. Loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was $4.7 million, compared with a loss of $13.4 million a year ago. On a cash-earnings-per-share basis, the company lost 9 cents versus a 17-cent loss in the year-earlier period. Analysts had forecast a 12-cent loss. Revenue rose 53% to $55.7 million.

Ticketmaster, formerly known as Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch Inc., is majority owned by USA Networks Inc., which reported a fourth-quarter loss from continuing operations of $11.2 million, or 3 cents a share, better than the 19-cent loss analysts anticipated. The company lost $4.34 million, or a penny a share, in the year-earlier period. Revenue rose 21% to $1.32 billion.
