Here's an easy-to-navigate Internet site where women can search for career opportunities in coaching, training, officiating, broadcasting, management, journalism (newspaper and pro team internships are listed), marketing and Internet jobs.

Want to read about the new women's pro football and soccer leagues? This is your portal, through the "hot news" link, updated almost daily.

The Web site, which averages about 6,500 hits a day, is run by CEO Becky Heidesch and Executive Vice President Mary Lou Youngblood out of a Huntington Beach office with 15 employees.

Profiles of prominent sports women are available, including, most recently, NBA referee Violet Palmer, WNBA Coach Cynthia Cooper and broadcaster Ann Meyers Drysdale.

Everything is free except two links:

* A jobs directory link showing 500-750 job listings, at $29.99 a month.

* A comprehensive sports marketplace directory showing thousands of marketing contacts, at $389 a year.
