WASHINGTON — Participants in a children's Bible club that has been barred from meeting in a public school along with other after-school activities will take their case to the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The Good News Club, which is for elementary school-age children, wants the high court to rule that the Milford Central School in upstate New York discriminated against the club by disallowing its use of school facilities.
