'Restless' Xzibit Jumps to No. 3

January 06, 2001|GEOFF BOUCHER

Los Angeles' own Xzibit makes a big jump on the Southern California album sales chart, leapfrogging three Florida acts (Limp Bizkit, Backstreet Boys and Creed) to move into the No. 3 spot, trailing only the Fab Four and Long Beach rhymer Snoop Dogg. On the singles chart, Moby's version of "South Side," featuring Gwen Stefani from No Doubt, heads north to No. 5.
