In another Garden Grove League game:

Bolsa Grande 1, Santiago 0--Vicenta Ortiz scored the winning goal off a corner kick midway in the first half. Sandra Duran had 14 saves for her second shutout of the season. Mayra Zepeda had seven saves for Santiago (4-3 in league).

In the Academy League:

St. Margaret's 5, Connelly 0--Jenny Zuidema scored in the 11th and 68th minutes for St. Margaret's (9-8-1, 4-0).

In the Century League:

El Modena 10, Santa Ana Valley 1--Juanita Lawson and Loni Wilson each scored three goals for El Modena (9-7-2, 3-2). Ericka Helguera had 15 saves for Santa Ana Valley (1-14, 0-4).

In the Empire League:

Loara 3, Cypress 1--Lauren Lappin scored her 24th goal, Lilibeth Borja and Betty Medina also scored and Jenna Wheeler had two assists for the visiting Saxons (14-4-1, 3-0-1). Melissa Steffey scored for Cypress (11-6, 3-1).

In the Freeway League:

No. 10 Sunny Hills 2, La Habra 0--Simi Phull scored her 36th goal of the season for Sunny Hills (19-0-3, 4-0-1). Nicole Sharpe scored a second-half goal for Sunny Hills.

Sonora 5, Fullerton 1--Melissa Jenkins had two goals and an assist and Amber Plumlee had a goal and three assists for the host Raiders (8-8-3, 2-3-0). Fullerton is 1-4 in league.

In the Orange League:

Savanna 3, Western 0--Sabrina Vigorens scored two goals and Kelly Henry had a goal and an assist for the visiting Rebels (6-6-3, 1-1-2). Stephanie Gray made 11 saves for Western (2-13-2, 0-3-1).

Valencia 2, Anaheim 1--Staci Piszyk scored off an assist from Missy Loera in the final minute for the visiting Tigers (10-8-2). Ruby Sandoval also scored and Shannon Petty made five saves for Valencia.

Priscilla Rodriguez scored for Anaheim (3-5-5, 0-2-2).

In the Golden West League:

Santa Ana 9, Tustin 0--Julia Garcia scored three goals, Janet Antunez had two goals and two assists and Maria Moreira had two assists for the host Saints (10-2-2, 3-0). Erica Velarde made 16 saves for Tustin (0-3-1 in league).

In the Pacific Coast League:

Corona del Mar 6, Northwood 0--Allison Harvey had three goals and Kristin Hansen had two goals for host Corona del Mar (18-1-2, 4-0). Corona del Mar and Costa Mesa are tied for first in league at 4-0 and will play today.

Laguna Beach 5, Estancia 0--Julia Bray scored twice, Alexis Ives had a goal and an assist for the host Artists (1-1-2 in league).
