"The other day for lunch I drank the Guilliams Vineyards 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon. For 10 of my buddies, I barbecued 1 1/2-inch-thick steaks, made red wine risotto and served it with a cold corn salad. If ever there were a red wine meal, this is it, and the Guilliams from the Spring Mountain District of Napa Valley--with its deep red color and intense flavors--was perfect."
