If you find yourself with a batch of ripe peaches, here's a cool way to use them up. A peach smoothie makes for a healthful, refreshing drink. Try one for breakfast, or whip one up after a day at the pool.

Pick the ripest peaches you can find; they blend the best with the milk and nonfat yogurt. Honey adds a bit of sweetness to the drink, while the lemon juice gives a tangy edge.

Pour the smoothie into a pretty glass, sit back and enjoy.

Wash the peach under cold water. Peel the skin from the peach with a small, sharp knife. Cut the peach in half and remove the pit. Cut the peach into large cubes.
