Is the Polo Lounge levitating? Not quite, but Chef Katsuo Sugiura of the Beverly Hills Hotel's industry hangout is creating recipes for Air New Zealand. The airline plans to have Sugiura's menu in first and business classes on flights out of LAX in the second half of this year. Most of it will be unique to the airline, but "from time to time" a dish from the Polo Lounge menu will be offered, a spokeswoman said.
