* Congregation Am HaYam in Oxnard will present the concert "Songs of the Heart II--Shirav Ha Lev" at 8 tonightat Oxnard High School, 3400 W. Gonzales Road. Performers will include cantors Nathan Lam of Stephen S. Wise Temple and Joseph Gole of Sinai Temple, plus mezzo-soprano Rickie Gole. * Seventh-day Adventist Church in Simi Valley will host a forum on "The Return of Christ and the Secret Rapture" from 4 to 6 p.m. today. Pastor Charles Jenson will discuss the results of an investigation into the secret rapture teachings. The church is at 1636 Sinaloa St. Call 526-0141.

* Temple Etz Chaim will present "Matzah Madness," a retelling of the Passover story at 3 p.m. Sunday. The audience-participation program will include a variety of musical styles, costumes and storytelling. $12 general, $6 children.

* Temple Beth Torah in Ventura will present the fund-raiser "A Night at the Oscars!" beginning at 5 p.m. Sunday. The event will include a giant projection TV screen, hors d'oeuvres, a martini bar, contests, raffles, and live and silent auctions. Cost is $100 per person or V.I.P. donations of $2,500, $1,000 or $500.

* St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church in Thousand Oaks will administer the sacrament of the sick following today's 5:30 p.m. Mass, and after the 7:30, 9 and 10:45 a.m. Sunday Masses. Catholics who are elderly, seriously ill or facing surgery are invited to receive the sacrament.

* The Pleasant Valley Center for Positive Living in Camarillo will continue a four-part workshop drawing on ideas from the Carolyn Myss book "Anatomy of the Spirit," plus Christian sacraments and other spiritual literature. The two-hour sessions will be led by the Rev. Marilyn Jensen-Johnson. Remaining noon meeting dates: Sunday, April 8 and April 22. Preregistration is required. Cost: $10 per session.

* St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Camarillo will host a special luncheon Sunday to commemorate the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary and to observe Greek Independence Day. * The Westlake Church of Religious Science will host a retreat titled "An Adventure With Your Higher Power" on March 30-31. * Guest pastor Jill Martinez will deliver the sermon "Are You Terrified?" at 10 a.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church of Oxnard. The message will be based on Mark 16:1-8.
