A Ventura County immigration consultant has pleaded guilty and two others face arraignment on charges of failing to secure a $50,000 state-mandated bond required for their businesses, authorities said Wednesday.
Benjamin Aparicio, 52, owner of B.A. Income Tax Services in Santa Paula, was ordered last week to pay a $250 fine and placed on three years' probation, said Ventura County Deputy Dist. Atty. Marc Leventhal.
