Porchea Carroll of Rio Mesa was a triple winner, although Susan Jackson of Oxnard gave her some competition in the long jump, and the Spartans handily won the league championship, 148-79, over Camarillo at Hueneme High.
In the boys' meet, Justin Johnson swept the hurdles and Phillip Reid doubled at 1600 and 3200 to help the Spartans to a 114-60 victory over Hueneme.
