* Quality Systems Inc., a Tustin provider of computer-based management and records systems for medical and dental groups, reported that fiscal fourth-quarter net income more than doubled to $1.2 million, or 19 cents a share, from $549,000, or 9 cents, a year ago. Revenue rose nearly 22% to $10.7 million.
* R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. has renewed its contract to print People, Time and Sports Illustrated through 2006. The company's Torrance facility prints and binds the magazines for West Coast readers.
