The body of a man, wrapped in a blanket, bound with tape and left next to a trash bin, was found in an alley Tuesday, authorities said.
Trash disposal workers discovered the body at the Los Alamitos Business Park about 6:30 a.m., said Police Capt. Todd Mattern.
The body bore no identification.
