Four Bruins Are Selected All-Conference in Soccer

UCLA senior forwards Stephanie Rigamat and Mary-Frances Monroe, senior defender Krista Boling and sophomore midfielder Sarah-Gayle Swanson have been selected to the women's soccer All-Pacific 10 first team.

USC forward Megan Kakadelas was named freshman of the year and Washington goalie Hope Solo was selected player of the year.

In the Big West Conference, forward Jen Borcich of UC Santa Barbara was selected offensive player of the year and top freshman, and Cal State Northridge senior Jenny Willemse was selected the top goalkeeper.

Other first-team selections were Santa Barbara freshman midfielder Krystal Sandza; Northridge sophomore midfielder Shannon DeVos, senior defender Joanna Parker and junior defender Leah Sims; Cal State Fullerton freshman forward Kellie Cox and junior forwards Michele Bannister and Jenny Mescher; UC Irvine's Hayley McNallan and Long Beach State's Dianna Sanguinetti.
