Davis Names Woman to Board of Fair

Gov. Gray Davis has appointed Peggy Haidl of Corona del Mar to the board of the Orange County Fair and Exposition Center.

Haidl, 44, is vice president of financial operations for Asset Liquidation Group.

She serves on the Orange County Sheriff's Advisory Council and has been a reserve deputy sheriff for two years.
