Accused in Srebrenica Killings Pleads Not Guilty

A Bosnian Serb army officer pleaded not guilty before a war crimes tribunal in The Hague to genocide and other charges for his alleged role in the killings of thousands of Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica.

Momir Nikolic, 47, was charged with one count of genocide and five other counts of war crimes for extermination, persecution and inhumane acts during the July 1995 massacre of more than 7,000 men and boys in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
