Alliance Sells Encino Atrium to 16530 Ventura LLC

Alliance Commercial Partners sold the 159,264-square-foot Encino Atrium at 16530 Ventura Blvd. in Encino to 16530 Ventura LLC for $20.8 million. Lynwood Fields and Bob Safai of Madison Partners represented the buyer and the seller.

Harriman Jones Medical Group will reduce its occupancy to about 100,000 square feet under terms of an eight-year, $15-million lease extension the health clinic signed for its facilities at 2600 Redondo Ave. in Long Beach. David Kluth and Onno Zwaneveld of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant. Mike Sidney of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Goldrich & Kest.

The Bascom Group of Irvine bought the 104-unit Magnolia Park Apartments at 15101 Magnolia Blvd. in Sherman Oaks from Dylan Investment LLC for $10.9 million. David Meier of Re/Max represented the buyer and the seller.

San Vicente LLP purchased a 47-unit apartment complex at 301 Ocean Ave. in Santa Monica from 301 Ocean Ave. Corp. Terms of the sale were not disclosed, but sources estimated the purchase price at nearly $10 million. Robert Sullivan, William Dawson and Joseph Fitzsimons of Sullivan-Dituri Co. represented the buyer and the seller.

Tasee Investments bought a 14,346-square-foot Walgreens Drug Store at 6303 Rosemead Blvd. in Temple City from GRAE Longden for $6 million. The seller was represented by David Lee and Shaun Riley of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer was represented by Chris Thompson of Investment Real Estate Associates.

A partnership headed by Rich Wray and John Saunders purchased the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce building at 100 S. Anaheim Blvd. in Anaheim for $5.5million from Holualoa Arizona of Arizona. Jeff Hanson, Gregg Herbert, Greg Farrier and Lonnie Riddle of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.
