* BT Group aims to cut as many as 18,000 jobs, or 17% of its work force, over the next three years and cut its debt by $14.3 billion in a drive to regain market share after an acquisitions binge.

* Computer Associates International Inc. said its fiscal fourth-quarter loss before some expenses was narrower than the company had estimated. The loss will be less than the 4 cents or 5 cents a share the firm had projected March 31.

* XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. plans to sell about $168 million in stock to finance its operations. The company seeks to sell 13.4 million common shares initially.
