President Bush will meet Wednesday at his ranch with Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld and Gen. Richard B. Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but officials said Iraq was not on the official agenda.

White House spokeswoman Claire Buchan said the meeting at Bush's ranch near Crawford, where he is on vacation, would focus on military reforms and missile defense. Bush has made ousting Iraqi President Saddam Hussein one of his priorities, but Buchan said "that is not the purpose" of the meeting.
