Police sealed off 10 IKEA stores in the Netherlands after bombs were found at two branches of the world's biggest furniture retailer.

Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende said it appeared to be the work of a criminal organization.

"We don't believe this is a terrorist-related action," said Amsterdam police spokesman Remco Gerretsen.
