* American Community Resource Center in Los Angeles needs volunteers for its Family Violence Response Team. A training program begins at 6 tonight. Information: (213) 637-1450.

* Fulfillment Fund needs mentors for economically disadvantaged seventh-grade students in Los Angeles. Training is provided. Mentors must be 25 or older, nonsmokers and insured drivers. Information: (310) 788-9700.
